8/17/12 Friday Morning Low Temperatures

Last month, Iowans saw an array of new record high temperatures set, but Friday morning, many of us woke up to the coolest weather since early June.
Sioux City's record low this morning was 43 degrees. Storm Lake got down to 45 early Friday morning… record low for August 17th is 43, set in 1897. Average low for this date is 59.
