The East Lakeshore Drive water main extension and the highway 110 sanitary sewer project have both been completed.
          Storm Lake infrastructure director Pat Kelly told the city council this week the water main extension had a final cost of just under 89-thousand dollars… 33-thousand over what was budgeted, which will be paid from the water depreciation fund.  The sewer main extension cost 217-thousand… 54-thousand over budget, with the excess coming from sewer depreciation reserve funds.  The city council approved final acceptance for both projects.
