A man from Early was taken into custody by Storm Lake police Wednesday night after he was stopped for a traffic violation at the corner of Lake and Seventh Street.
          Police say 19-year-old Kenneth Hodge of Early was wanted by Carroll County for failure to appear on charges of third-degree sexual abuse and possession of marijuana. Hodge was arrested without incident and jailed on a 26-thousand dollar bond.
