A Storm Lake man has been charged with burglary after police about 6:30 Thursday morning investigated a report of a burglary to a vehicle underway at 305 Oneida Street.
          Police were told the reporting party had left her residence Thursday morning and saw an adult man wearing a blue striped shirt leave the passenger door of her vehicle and run southbound away from the residence.  The victim reported several dollars in change had allegedly been stolen from the vehicle.
          Officers found apprehended the suspect just east of the intersection of East Second and Hudson Streets.  Police charged 24-year-old Ashanti Kiere of Storm Lake with third-degree burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor.  Kiere was jailed on a two-thousand dollar bond.
