A Storm Lake man… arrested on January eighth after Storm Lake police were dispatched to 312 East Milwaukee to investigate a disturbance… has been sentenced.
          Police learned 23-year-old Justin Sievers and 27-year-old Wayne Banks… both of Storm Lake… got into an argument and allegedly escalated into a physical confrontation. One man received a broken tooth and the other an injury to his eye. Both men declined medical attention. Both charged with assault causing injury, a serious misdemeanor. 
          Sievers pleaded guilty to assault, a serious misdemeanor.  He was ordered to pay fines, surcharges, and court costs of 370-dollars.  The case against Banks is still pending.
