A Storm Lake woman was arrested Thursday night after police were dispatched to the Sail Inn on East Lakeshore Drive for a fight in progress.
          Police allege 41-year-old Akur Guang physically assaulted another woman in the parking lot.  Police also allege Guang left a two-year-old child she was watching in an apartment at 523 Russell Street with no supervision.
          Guang was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and child endangerment.  She was jailed on a 26-hundred dollar bond.
