7/25/12 Loud Music Leads To Arrests



          Two people were arrested early Wednesday morning after a Storm Lake Police Officer on patrol encountered several people at 307 Superior Street playing loud music and screaming.
          The officer requested they turn the music down and they complied.  A short time later the officer patrolled by the residence a second time and allegedly the people had turned the music back up and were screaming again while sitting in a baby pool near the intersection of Superior Street and East Third Street.
          Police charged 27-year-old Jose Ayala-Rosales of Storm Lake with disorderly conduct and third-offense public intoxication.  He was jailed on a 23-hundred dollar bond.  Police charged 25-year-old Guillermo Zaragoza-Lemus of Storm Lake with public intoxication and loud music.  He was jailed on a 300-dollar bond.
