The Iowa State Farm Service Agency Office reminds producers that Emergency Haying and Grazing of Conservation Reserve Program acreage cannot begin until after the primary nesting season or August second. 
          Beginning August second, local offices can begin accepting applications.  No activities should begin until after that date.  For more information on this and other programs administered by FSA, contact your local county office.
