The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has issued a boil order for Fonda.
          A water main break on the city distribution system has caused water pressure to drop in Fonda.  The D-N-R says when the pressure drops, the possibility rises for contamination to enter the system.  The D-N-R is recommending tap water be boiled before using for drinking or cooking.  The boil order for Fonda will be lifted after the work is completed and the water supply checks out as being clear of contamination.
