Alta Aurelia racked up 16 hits, as they handled Hull Western Christian for the second year in a row in a Substate Final, with a 10-0, six inning, win in Spencer Tuesday night.  

Jaden Holton, Austin Delp, and Ross Friedrich all had 3 hits.  Six Warrior's drove in runs in the game, and Friedrich contributing 2 RBI's.  

Holton was the winning pitcher, allowing 4 hits, no walks, and had 3 strikeouts.

The Wolfpack has their season end at 15-15.

Alta Aurelia is now 23-10, as they advance to their third state tournament in the last four years.  The Warriors are the 7th seed in the 2A State Tournament, and they will play 2nd seeded, and defending 2A State Champion, Davis County (41-1), in a 1st round rematch from last year, this Saturday July 21st at 6pm.  The game will be broadcast on The Moose 92.9 KKIA.
