A Wall Lake woman… charged with robbing four banks in northwest Iowa… entered a not guilty plea Thursday in U.S. District Court in Sioux City.
          Forty-year-old Roxena Schoon and her husband… 47-year-old Jeffrey Schoon… are both charged with conspiracy to commit bank robbery… possession of a firearm in furtherance of a conspiracy… possession of a firearm and ammunition as a prohibited person… and four counts of bank robbery.
          Jeffrey Schoon last week entered a not guilty plea.  They’re both scheduled to go on trial September fourth.
          The Schoons allegedly robbed Iowa State Bank in Odebolt on December 29th… the Citizens First National Bank in Early on January 11th… the Westside State Bank in Vail on January 28th… and the Heritage Bank in Lytton on March 23rd. The indictment alleges over 32-thousand dollars was stolen in the four robberies.
