Storm Lake Police have made a second arrest in connection with an assault on three people outside of La Juanita’s early Sunday morning.
          One of the victims was knocked unconscious and was taken to the Buena Vista Regional Medical Center for treatment.  Wednesday afternoon, 21-year-old Todd Sutton of Storm Lake surrendered himself to law enforcement at the Buena Vista County Jail.
          Sutton was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of assault, all simple misdemeanors… and assault causing bodily injury, a serious misdemeanor.  He was released after posting 16-hundred dollars bond.
