The name of the Storm Lake man who drowned on the Little Sioux River near Linn Grove Wednesday afternoon has been released.
          The Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office says the victim is 30-year-old Lithavongsay Nouthavykoun of Storm Lake.  Nouthavykoun was with three others near the Linn Grove dam on Wednesday afternoon.  He was wading in the river around three o’clock when he went under… came back up, yelling for help…then disappeared.
          Sheriff Gary Launderville says search efforts continued Thursday to located the victim with no success.  He says the search will continue Friday.
