An Alta man… arrested on a drug charge by Storm Lake police last September… has received a deferred judgment in Buena Vista County District Court.
          According to court records, 18-year-old Justin Hanson was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a serious misdemeanor, for allegedly being in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop.  He was placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay 540-dollars in fines, surcharges, and court costs… plus legal fees.
