A Storm Lake woman was arrested after police Friday afternoon were dispatched to 1711 Tulip Lane to investigate the violation of a No Contact Order.
          Officers were told by witnesses a man who had been court ordered not have contact with a woman at the residence had allegedly come to the home and picked up the woman and a small child.  Police contacted the woman… 19-year-old Sheila Silva… who said she was in Sioux City.  Officers put out an area broadcast and about 15 minutes later, Buena Vista County Sheriffs Deputies located Silva and her child in a vehicle on a traffic stop in Alta.
          Silva was taken to the Storm Lake Police Station where she was charged with violation of a no contact order and interference with official acts.  She was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail and held without bond.  The small child was released to the custody of an adult.
          Police are still seeking the man in the investigation.
