The Storm Lake City Council will hold two public hearings Monday afternoon.
          The council will hold a hearing on a voluntary annexation on the east side of Storm Lake… and on the issuance of up to four million dollars of sewer revenue notes for the FEMA sewer project.  Also on today’s agenda… the first reading of an ordinance changing the speed limit on Vestal Street… approval of an agreement with Storm Lake Area Workforce Development… and approval of EdgeFest requests.
          The Storm Lake city council is open to the public, beginning at five o’clock Monday afternoon at city hall.
