If you are between the ages of 6 -15 and enjoy fishing come on out to Gustafson Lake – Gabrielson Park on Saturday, June 8th for the annual Buena Vista County Conservation fishing derby. There will be two age divisions: 6 -10 years of age and 11 -15 years of age. First and second place prizes will be awarded for both age divisions for the heaviest single fish and for the heaviest stringer of three fish caught that day. The fishing contest will begin at 9:00 A.M. and run till 11:00 A.M. Please be there before 9:00 to sign in. Participants ages 6 -10 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required for this event.
