An Estherville man has been arrested in a sexual abuse investigation.
Estherville police say they received a report last month from a resident stating her six-year-old daughter had been the possible victim of sexual abuse between May first and July first of last year. On April 25th, a suspect in the case, 26-year-old Angel Hernandez-Gutierrez of Estherville, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse. He was jailed on a 25-thousand dollar bond.
