On Monday, March 12, 2018 a person wanted by the Storm Lake Police Department was arrested in O’Brien County on an outstanding warrant.
O’Brien County Sheriff’s Department arrested Clinto Kreykes, age 35 of Sheldon, IA after warrants were issued by the SLPD charging him with Harassment 3rd Degree (simple misdemeanor) in connection with the alleged harassment of his ex-girlfriend in Storm Lake reported to police on March 3, 2018.
Kreykes was transported to the Buena Vista county Jail where he was held on a $300.00 bond.
On the evening of Monday, March 12, 2018 at approximately 6:20pm a Storm Lake Police Officer stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Flindt Drive for a traffic offense.
Upon contacting the driver, identified as Jose Garcia Perez, age 22 of Storm Lake, police determined that Perez was wanted out of Buena Vista County on a warrant charging him with Contempt of Court reference Failure to Pay Fines. In addition police allege that Perez had a suspended Iowa driver’s license.
Perez was arrested and booked into the county jail on the outstanding warrant and further charged with Driving While Suspended (simple misdemeanor). He was held on a $300.00 bond.
