A Sac City man faces drug charges after a traffic stop last week by a Sac City Police Officer.
A vehicle was stopped for operation without registration plates. The Sac County Sheriff’s Department was called in to assist with their canine unit, and the dog was alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. Police allege 26-year-old Tyrel Brouchous of Sac City was in possession of a white rock substance and drug paraphernalia. The rock substance tested positive for meth.
Brouchous was charged with possession of meth with intent to deliver, a class “C” felony… and possession of drug paraphernalia and open container, both simple misdemeanors. He was jailed on a ten-thousand dollar bond.
