The Sac City Police Department has filed felony drug charges in connection with a search of a residence last November.
According to the department, the Daniel Crabb residence at 407 Leonard Street was searched… with a white powder and several pieces of drug paraphernalia seized. The white powder was sent to the Iowa DCI lab for testing. The test results were received last Thursday… with the powder testing positive for meth.
The 50-year-old Crabb has now been charged with possession of a controlled substance meth with intent to deliver, a class “C” felony… sponsoring a gathering for use of a controlled substance and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, both class “D” felonies.
Assisting the Sac City Police Department on the search warrant was the Sac County Sheriff’s Department.
