A Primghar resident has been sentenced on drug charges in O’Brien County District Court.
Jamie Jensen was charged with possession of a controlled substance marijuana with intent to deliver… failure to affix a drug tax stamp.. possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
Jensen pleaded guilty to third-offense possession of marijuana with the other charges dismissed. Jensen was given a 180-day jail sentence, suspended after 30-days, placed on probation for one year, and ordered to pay 14-hundred dollars in court costs and surcharges.
Jensen was arrested last April after a Primghar residence was searched by the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office and Spencer Police.
