A Graettinger man… arrested last May after a traffic stop in Clay County… has been sentenced.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reported 29-year-old Jessie Martin of Graettinger had a revoked driver’s license and there was a valid protection order between him and a passenger. Martin was also charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, failure to display a registration plate, no insurance, failure to file S.R. Insurance, violation of a protection order, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Martin pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and driving while revoked. He was sentenced to 14-days in jail with fines of 815-dollars suspended. Martin was ordered to pay 920-dollars in court costs and surcharges.
