Multiple Drug Arrests in Spencer

What started off as an attempt Friday by Spencer police to make an arrest at a residence in that city resulted in the arrests of four people on drug charges.
Police say an officer went to an apartment at 118 ½ East Park Street around 5:00 pm to execute the arrest warrant. Upon arriving police could see drug paraphernalia in the residence. A subsequent search resulted in officers finding what’s alleged to be controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
34-year-old Sefanie Odom was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
53-year-old Edwin Gonzalez was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
29-year-old Dianna Payne was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Odom, Gonzalez and Payne are all from Spencer.
42-year-old Jarrod Bandow of Sheldon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
All were booked into the Clay county jail.
