A Storm Lake man arrested in April after police investigated a report of harassment has been sentenced.
Police allege 34-year-old Danold David of Storm Lake drove by the reporting party’s residence twice, stopped his vehicle, yelled curse words, and threatened to kill the reporting party. David was charged with first-degree harassment, an aggravated misdemeanor.
He pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment, a serious misdemeanor. He was given a 90-day suspended sentence, placed on probation for one year, and ordered to pay 540-dollars in fines, surcharges, and court costs.
