Trial for a Spencer woman accused of first degree robbery, second degree burglary, third degree kidnapping, and assault while participating in a felony has been delayed.
Twenty-three year-old Jordaen Duhn was originally scheduled to go on trial May second. A new pre-trial conference in set for December fifth. A new trial date hasn’t been set, but will likely be toward the end of the year.
Duhn and 20-year-old Tanner Meysenberg are accused of forcibly entering a residence in Wahpeton on February 20th. Authorities say a 19-year-old man was taken from the residence against his will. The victim escaped from a vehicle as it was traveling on Highway 71 in Milford.
Meysenberg has since pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and assault. He was sentenced to 17 years in jail.
