A Spencer woman… arrested in April on drug charges… has been sentenced in Clay County District Court.
Nineteen-year-old Jessica Updike was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
