On the afternoon of Monday, January 25, 2016, at approximately 5:56pm, a Storm Lake Police officer on patrol observed a wanted person in the 900 block of Seneca Street.
Police made contact with and arrested Jermaine Ford, age 24, of Storm Lake. Ford was wanted by the SLPD on warrants charging him with Harassment 3rd Degree (simple misdemeanor).
The charge is in connection with a report filed on January 19, 2016 alleging that Ford had sent a threatening Facebook message to the reporting party on January 7, 2016 along with a photo of Ford holding two handguns and pointing them at the camera.
Ford was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $300.00 bond.
On the afternoon of Monday, January 25, 2016, at approximately 3:15pm, the Storm Lake Police Department was dispatched to 611 West 5th Street in reference to a trespass.
Upon arrival of police they met with the reporting party who advised that someone had entered the unoccupied house and appeared to be staying there. As police were on scene a person know to them with a history of entering unoccupied structures walked by the residence.
Police made contact with the person, identified as Vichit Senesoury, age 32 of Storm Lake. After contacting Senesoury police allege they acquired information that linked him to the trespass at the West 5th Street address.
Following an investigation police arrested Senesoury and charged him with Criminal Trespass (simple misdemeanor). He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $300.00 bond.
