MORNING ARE EXPECTED TRANSITION TO FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET BY
DAYBREAK. THE WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY CHANGE
OVER TO SNOW THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON…WITH
SNOW ENDING EARLY THIS EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS…ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH
ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS…THOUGH LOCALIZED HIGHER
ICE AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE IN AREAS SOUTH AND EAST OF CHEROKEE
IOWA…INCLUDING THE STORM LAKE AREA. ON TOP OF ANY ICE…SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY…VISIBILITY MAY BE REDUCED BELOW ONE MILE
AT TIMES THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS IN FALLING SNOW.
