Two victims at the high school reported minor injuries.

He was charged with terroristic threats, assault while participating in a felony, and going armed with intent, all class “D” felonies… assault with a weapon, an aggravated misdemeanor…and assault, a simple misdemeanor.

Davis pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of assault and disorderly conduct, with the other charges dismissed. He was placed on probation… ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and anger management counseling… and to perform 90 hours of community service.
