A Clarksville teen… charged with vehicular homicide in Sac County… will face trial in June.
Eighteen-year-old Trevor Ray Feauto… who was 17 at the time of his arrest last August… will be tried as an adult. He was charged with two counts of homicide by vehicle, a class “B” felony. The drunken driving crash caused the deaths of two teenagers. The judge has ruled the defendant doesn’t have reasonable prospects of rehabilitation if his case stays in juvenile court.
Feauto was driving a pickup which collided in August with a car driven by 16-year-old Bailey Jacobsen. She and her 16-year-old passenger, Lindsey Quirk, were killed. A report from the DCI Crime Lab shows Feauto’s blood alcohol level was 0.133 percent.
His trial was originally set for this week… but a continuance was granted with the trial now scheduled for June ninth… with a pre-trial conference on June first.
