Miss Iowa Princess 2012, Becca Mitchell, brightened the day of many of the young people at Faith, Hope & Charity on Wednesday, August 8.
Becca (of Hornick, Iowa) brought stuffed animals to donate to the children and young adults at Faith, Hope & Charity as part of her travels around the state for the National American Miss title of Miss Iowa Princess 2012. The stuffed animals were collected by all of the Miss Iowa Princess contestants during the pageant in April, and the winner gets the honor of distributing them to organizations and groups across the state.
Becca graced Faith, Hope & Charity with her presence and presents. She also brought along her crew of family and supporters which included her mom, aunts and more. In November, Becca will be in California at the National American Miss Pageant representing the state of Iowa.
The children at Faith, Hope & Charity were thrilled to meet a real princess (complete with a crown), specifically the young ladies from Faith, Hope & Charity who recently competed in the Dreams Made True Pageant in Carroll, Iowa.
